Earlier this year, I posted a video on my Instagram with an update on the timeline for the new podcast and a heartfelt message about needing some extra time so I could focus on my mental and physical health. And that has been my main concentration over these last few months. Other than having my nose to the grindstone in my business doing a lot of speaking at virtual conferences, I refocused all of my energies on feeling better, getting stronger, and rising back up.
